Everything you'll find on GranadaYa and what you can do in each place, section by section, with the screens as they look.

If something is tricky, it's explained for your phone in the step-by-step help. Step-by-step help

What GranadaYa is

GranadaYa is the service portal for Granada: the pharmacy on duty, the bus, the weather, what to do this weekend and what's happening in the city, all in one place. You can use all of it without signing up. You only need an account to post ads, save favourites, take your front page from your phone to your computer and appear in the ranking.

The home page

Today in Granada, in blocks that change order with the time of day: at night, tomorrow's things at the top; at the weekend, the pharmacy on duty, big; and the plans, the day's data and the news from News. With “Make it yours” you put them in your order and remove what you don't need; it's saved in your browser, or in your account if you have one.

Moving around the portal

  • On a computer, the menu at the top; everything else is grouped under «More».
  • On your phone, the bar at the bottom: Today, News, What's on, My Granada and Menu. At the top, the temperature, the magnifying glass to search and the bell for your alerts.
  • “Menu” brings together on one page your account, the search box, your shortcuts and every section there is in Granada. Menu

The search box

Type it the way you'd say it: “pharmacy on duty”, “weather tomorrow”, “what to do on Saturday”. It searches every section at once and, if what you're looking for is a section, it takes you straight there. On your phone, the magnifying glass at the top opens it, with what people search for most underneath.
