The Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) of Tuesday, October 20, 2026 publishes the agreement between ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, E.P.E., and the Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Granada. The purpose of the agreement is the organisation of extensions of reverse missions of buyers and opinion leaders from the agri-food sector to be held in the province of Granada.
What a reverse mission is
In a reverse mission, it is the buyers who make the move: instead of Granada companies travelling abroad to sell, it is international buyers and opinion leaders who travel to the province to learn about the local offer first-hand. The published agreement concerns the agri-food sector of Granada, which will thus be able to show its products to intermediaries and specialists from other markets without leaving the province.
Who takes part
ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones is the state public entity dedicated to promoting the internationalisation of Spanish companies. The Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Granada is a corporation made up of businesspeople from the district, which is not governmental in nature nor does it take part directly in drafting laws affecting private commerce. Both parties sign the agreement for the holding of these extensions of reverse missions.
