The Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Granada holds an awareness and outreach day on stuttering, coinciding with the International Day of this condition. It will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 hours in the Aula Magna and the Aula Andrés Manjón of the center.
The day will feature three talks: Alejandro Rocha Galván will address myths, avoidance strategies and fears linked to speech; Adela Corrales Guerra will discuss basic issues, family concerns and support at the different stages of life; and Fernando Domínguez Luque will focus on the school setting, student adaptation and coordination between family, center and professionals.
