The University of Granada is holding the XII International Congress on Gender and Communication (GenderCom 2026) from October 7 to 9, bringing together researchers, communication professionals, institutional leaders, creators and social collectives.
The congress will address gender equality, environmental sustainability, social justice, migrations, digital transformation and new leaderships. The program combines scientific papers, debate panels and academic publications with workshops, laboratories, audiovisual pieces, cultural projects and experiences in entrepreneurship and medialabs.
It is organized by the University of Granada in collaboration with the University of Seville and La Sapienza of Rome, with the support of IBERIFIER and professional collectives such as 1001Medios.org.
