The Vocalía de Horarios e Itinerarios, which prepared the document, brought together the hermanos mayores and diputados mayores de gobierno on Thursday, October 29, at the iglesia de Santiago in a first working session.
The date of November 28 was already being considered since the Pleno de Hermanos Mayores on Tuesday, October 20, when the president of the Real Federación, Armando Javier Ortiz, presented it as the main working option, with departure at 10:00 from the Cathedral and at that time pending various organizational circumstances.
